Recent reviews describe a mix of routine care (booster vaccinations and health checks) and in-practice procedures requiring sedation or general anaesthetic—such as sedating a dog to treat an ear infection and dental extractions under GA. End-of-life care is also specifically mentioned, including a condolence card sent afterwards.
Some reviewers refer to the practice as “Willows Vets”; based on the information provided, it’s unclear whether this is an alternate name or a separate brand—so it’s worth being aware of that naming inconsistency.

The vets were amazing when our beloved old cat Tilly became ill and we had to have him put to sleep. ❤️ They even sent us a card afterwards. We appreciated their consideration and kindness during a very difficult time.

... Wish i had changed to this vets along time ago!!! Willows Vets is incomparable to the typical 'clinical vets' where a quick turnaround and money-making seem to to be of primary importance! I visited today for the first time after being unhappy with the four previous vets. I was amazed at how my cats and I were treated by the lovely, friendly staff. Tammy was particularly thorough and informative about a procedure, and although I had had it done a few times before on my cats, she provided information that had never been explained by a vet before!

We took our newly adopted dog for his second lot of jabs today. The nurse who did them was lovely. We had a couple of questions and she was very knowlegeable. Our previous dog Poppy who we lost before Christmas was always treated well here. We would definitely recommend. Reception staff are lovely.

Amazing vets. So caring. My cat had to have some teeth out under GA. The way they cared for him while he was there was second to none. Warming his food up ❤️ giving him lots of attention and cuddles. Making sure he was warm. He was so happy being there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything
