We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our gorgeous little Roxie on Monday, and it was one of the hardest days we’ve ever had. Ruth was absolutely amazing — so kind, gentle, and compassionate — and made an incredibly painful situation a little more bearable. The whole team were so caring and thoughtful, giving Roxie and us the dignity, respect, and time we needed. Nothing felt rushed, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Today we received a beautiful handwritten card from the team, which meant more to us than we can put into words. It was such a touching gesture and shows just how much they genuinely care about the animals and the people who love them. We can’t thank Ruth and the entire team enough for the compassion they showed our precious Roxie and our family. We will always be grateful.

Just want to say a big thank you to Chloe. I was really nervous about bringing my kitten Kiki for her jabs today because she found her last jab very painful, which was upsetting. Chloe was absolutely amazing with Kiki. Her manner was so kind and caring and she managed to distract her and do the jab without her feeling a thing. I was so impressed and so grateful. A big relief. My dog has just had a lot of dental work at Trafford Vets, after nearly dying under anaesthetic at another vet's. I cannot thank or praise Trafford Vets enough. They were brilliant. They talked me through exactly what they were going to do and took every measure they could to make sure that my dog was OK. They rang me the minute he came round from the anaesthetic because they knew I was worried. Highly recommended.

Took my guniea Pigs here to be neautered and was so worried and stressed, every single person i spoke to or delt with was amazing!! They were kind, soft spoken and very professional. Honestly i was blown away with how great the staff were. I called 14 vets in total finding somewhere to neuter my boys. I found three in my price range but ultumutly chose this vets because of how kind and professional the receptionist was. Even sending the emals for checkups, the person responding was so sweet. Honestly its such a tough job to make every pet owner feel special and safe. I cant thank you all enough xxx I belive i spoke to Steph and Ellie. AMAZING TEAM MEMBERS. 10/10.

We cannot praise this vets enough, they were absolutely fantastic in the care & after care of our Dog Olly, Ruth, was genuinely compassionate & gave us the best advice with his medication & made things as easy as it could be in our hour of need. We have been with this vets for over 14 years & we would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you x

We have 2 dogs, both adopted, both quirky. As with many rescue pets, they need patience and understanding as one is nervous and the other reactive. All the staff at TVC understand this, and we've found their service and care outstanding. A special mention must go to Ruth, who has truly gone the extra mile, researching our boy's health condition and treatment to ensure he stays well. I highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
