Always have a very positive visit there. Can highly recommend them. Been with this practice for forty years. Quite happy with them. The main thing is the staff are very friendly with my dog who is nervous.

Raven was well looked after as always despite him being protective of me and a little naughty growling at you , so I stayed in the waiting room again so he wasn't as worked up if i was there in the room . Thank you for taking good care of him until next time xxx

Had diabolical experience. When my cat needed to be put to sleep. Charged nearly £300 then informed me they had a communal cremation. So they threw my beautiful cat into a furnace with other cats and threw her away like trash. Never got her ashes back. They lied to me saying I agreed to it. So conned, lied to and robbed of receiving my darlings ashes. So cruel and heartless. Was devastating

Our 5 yr old dog had his health check and injections last night. He's quite an anxious dog at times. All the staff were really understanding and lovely to us and Frank. We would definitely recommend.
