I took my horsfield tortoise to see Dr Sheryl in early Feb after a high pinworm result. I called and was able to get an appointment extremely fast, the process was smooth, the appointment was on time & Dr Sheryl was fantastic with my small tortoise. I've seen a lot of poor advice being given out by other Vets about tortoises and Dr Sheryl's knowledge was excellent and accurate! My tortoise was being rather stubborn & strong and wouldn't let her open his mouth to administer the treatment, but she didn't want to give up unless I was sure I was comfortable giving him the treatment at home. Would 100% recommend!

I am still waiting for an update on the awful service I received for our bunny. The payment will be made on Thursday after took you guys 3 months to organise it. I paid £600 for a 20 min visit and some scans and bloods non existent. I am planning to make an official complaint and ask may visits not to use you guys. Surprisingly you were desperate to take the payment straight away, because of the incompetent staff. Sorry for my harsh words but this is beyond any expectations.

I can't praise the team at TEAV highly enough, when one of my ageing raccoon dogs, Taz had to be PTS after a short battle with an aggressive tumour. From the initial appointment after I noticed he had an issue through to the final appointment, the care and compassion was clear to see. I did have some issues with communication, not receiving a call back when advised, but after chasing it up I was informed this was due to unexpected emergency admissions when the call was due, which is unavoidable and understandable, especially with a small team and new practice, which had only been open for a few weeks at the time.

Amazing experience! Dr. Molly was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us through an axolotl emergency. She even had me film the medication process to ensure I could do it correctly at home. The reception staff was also wonderful, kind, and very welcoming. I truly appreciate the whole team and their genuine love for animals!

I took my cockatial here yesterday for a nail clip and health ckeck absolutely fantastic lovely staff especially the lady who looked after Gerry he was so chilled on his way home in his travel cage such a lovely place to take your beloved pets highly recommend these guys
