My partner called to check if my dog prescription is ready. They said is ready for my cat not my dog. So my daughter called to check and they said computer glitch and is ready to pick up whenever we can on this day. So after work i went...they said sometimes they hear different name on the phone..we said Nala and they put for Shadow..one of the receptionist went looking for meds and other admitet wasnt computer glich only one of us did mistake. After quick check there was no meds whatsoever..its a joke..how they can put wrong pet name on meds..and vet confirming prescription too...if i wouldnt questioning they wouldnt notice. We will be changing vet clinic.

Fantastic veterinary surgery! I've been coming here with my pet rats for a number of years now, receiving both good news and bad, and will continue to be my first port of call for any health concerns that arise. Helen has a great knowledge of small mammal care that you don't often encounter in standard veterinary practises - and on the rare occasion the surgery does encounter something outside of their expertise, they've been very open in recommending I seek out specialist exotic care elsewhere. On pricing, they've always been very upfront about costs and it's clear to me that the staff do as much as they can to keep treatments as affordable as possible.

Excellent all around. The reception staff are friendly and fantastic at what they do - informative and deal with the insurance claims on every visit. Vet Helen is absolutely briliant with our dog, and her approach to resolving our dog's ear infection and allergies has been spot on so far. After being to two other Vet clinics over the last 2 years, this is by far the best. Everything you'd hope to find at clinic for your loving pet - friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable and informative, with a clear plan of action. Thank you.

My dog loves going to see the vet in Prestwich, they are always friendly, accommodating, all questions are met with an immediate answer & appear genuinely happy in their work. I have added a cat to my little family and he loves going too! I am lucky as it's just minutes from my home. Both happy and neutered! BIG THANKS to both Helen and Karen…just brilliant with my boys!
