I can't praise the team at TEAV highly enough, when one of my ageing raccoon dogs, Taz had to be PTS after a short battle with an aggressive tumour. From the initial appointment after I noticed he had an issue through to the final appointment, the care and compassion was clear to see. I did have some issues with communication, not receiving a call back when advised, but after chasing it up I was informed this was due to unexpected emergency admissions when the call was due, which is unavoidable and understandable, especially with a small team and new practice, which had only been open for a few weeks at the time.

Amazing experience! Dr. Molly was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us through an axolotl emergency. She even had me film the medication process to ensure I could do it correctly at home. The reception staff was also wonderful, kind, and very welcoming. I truly appreciate the whole team and their genuine love for animals!

I took my cockatial here yesterday for a nail clip and health ckeck absolutely fantastic lovely staff especially the lady who looked after Gerry he was so chilled on his way home in his travel cage such a lovely place to take your beloved pets highly recommend these guys

I always recommend The Exotic Animal Vets to anyone I know with exotic pets. I followed the team from their previous practice where I had been taking my pets for over 10 years. I'm not a local client but it's worth the extra travel time for the peace of mind of knowing that your pets are receiving the best possible treatment from experts who truly care about every animal, no matter how small. Appointments never feel rushed and they give you all the time you need when making difficult decisions. Me and my rabbits and rodents would be lost without them!

If you are looking for an Exotics team then this is the place and the team to go to. I have had my rabbits under Molly for about 12 years and could not imagine anybody else treating them. And a really big shout out for Craig, one of my most favourite people (I refer to Molly and Craig as I have almost always dealt with them over the years). There are no better words for me to hear when my rabbits are admitted for treatment than They are with Craig. It isn't just about their wealth of knowledge and experience but they also fully understand how invested us exotics owners are in excatly the same way a cat/dog owner is. We want the very best for them and Molly and team strive to provide the absolute best care to achieve the best outcomes possible. I trust them implicitly. Despite an extended journey time from about 10 minutes to 1 hour (in heavy traffic) there was no hesitation for me to follow Molly from her previous practice to her own practice. The practice is a lovely space, it is spotlessly clean, it is quiet and calm, Debbie on reception is very welcoming. It is a very positve experience from the moment you step through the door.

Such an incredible team - kind and compassionate towards both guardians and our bunnies!! Feels like a ‘home from home’ atmosphere. I would not trust anyone else with my rabbits. Thank you for always being there to answer questions and to reassure, I really appreciate it. I highly recommend Molly, Craig and the whole team. Alice-Ginger, Frankie & Benny say thank you too 😊

Would just like to thank everyone, especially Charlie (I think was her name) who looked after us today. I had to have my little boy Tofu the guinea pig pts. I was only blessed with around 2.5 years with him but he meant so much to me and will be very much missed, by me, my partner and the dog! Charlie was so kind, caring and didn’t make me feel rushed when spending some time with him before he passed. It was all very calm and peaceful for him and that’s all you can ask for when their time comes. I dealt with Craig too previously who also was so friendly and genuinely caring. Thank you for all your kindness and for making sure Tofu’s final moments were as comfortable as possible. We brought Tofu home after his euthanasia and buried him in the garden, his favourite place ❤️🥺 and will donate his bedding etc to our local charity. Just a few pics of happy times ❤️

Wonderful! They saved my hamster from a bladder stone, despite medication to break it down it kept causing issues. Molly suggested operating to remove it and her and the team did an amazing job removing the stone and keeping him comfortable, he has been so much better since and is thriving! They are the best exotic vets, with an amazing team who truly care and want the best for your pet and you. Thank you so much xx
